Juanita P. Garcia, a homemaker, passed away January 2, 2010. She was 86.

Born on August 27, 1923 in Runge, Texas to Juan and Emilia Perez, Juanita spent most of her life in Sinton, Texas.

Survivors include three daughters: Olga (Adam) Sanchez of Garland, TX, Olivia DeLeon of Sinton, TX, and Margaret Morfin of San Jose, CA; two sisters: Lilia Perez and Alicia Bustillo, both of Sinton, TX; 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Preceding in death are her parents; a sister: Luisa Gonzales; four sons: Joe, Baltimore, Salvador and Gilbert Garcia.

Visitation began Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at 8:00 AM with a rosary at 2:00 PM. Funeral services followed at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Eternal Rest Cemetery.
