Felipa G. Garcia, a homemaker, passed away January 4, 2010. She was 77.

Born to Jose and Manuela Garza on May 1, 1932 in Woodsboro, TX, Felipa was a lifelong resident of Sinton, TX.

Survivors include seven sons: Luis Ramirez of Corpus Christi, TX, Lolo (Gene) Hernandez and Epifanio (Yvonne) Garcia Jr. both of Taft, TX, Arturo (Lisa) Garcia of Dallas, TX, Adan (Melissa) Garcia of Corpus Christi, TX, Blas (Norma) Garcia and Rey (Diana) Garcia, both of Sinton, TX; four daughters: Martina (Juan) Mendoza, Eva (Rey) Rodriguez, Gloria (Roger) Hernandez and Janie Garcia, all of Sinton, Tx.; one sister: Celia Hernandez of Taft, TX. Preceding in death is her husband Epifanio Garcia, Sr.; two brothers: Jose Garcia and Julian Rodriguez; and a sister, Marta Rodriguez; 23 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation began Tuesday, January 5, 2010 and will continue on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. A rosary will be recited Wednesday, January 6, 2010, 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 7, 2010, 10:00 AM, Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
