Eduvijes T. Guerrero passed away at home on November 7, 2010. She was 93.
Eduvijes was born on October 17, 1917 in Lockhart, TX to Jesus and Leonides Torres Guerrero. She made Corpus Christi, TX her home for the past five years and was a former resident of Mathis, TX.  Survivors include four brothers: Ladislado Guerrero of Skidmore, TX, Tomas Guerrero and Fidencio Guerrero, Sr. both of Sinton, TX, and Francisco Guerrero of Corpus Christi, TX.  Preceding in death are her parents; eight sisters:  Baby Angelita, Baby Fabiana, Baby Antonia, Simona Guerrero, Eulalia Guerrero, Maria G. Valadez, Antonia G. Reyes and Maria G. Ramos;  one brother Marcelino Guerrero.  Visitation began Tuesday, November 9, 2010, 1:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home in Sinton. A rosary was held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass was held Wednesday, November 10, 2010, 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Edroy, TX, with Father Tung Tran as celebrant. Burial followed at Edroy Cemetery, Edroy, TX.
