James Lee Ralph “Cut” Salone, Sr., 73 of Sinton, Texas died May 30, 2007 in a local hospital. He was born in 1934 to the union of Lee Edwards Salone and Ivy Mae Mack in Georgetown, Texas, Mr. Salone worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for Sinton Independent School District for over 30 years. He was a Baptist.

Visitation will begin Friday, June 1, 2007 at 11:00 AM, Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton, Texas. Family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 PM at the funeral home.

Services will be held Saturday, June 2, 2007, Ocean of Love, 1220 Naranjo , Sinton, Texas.

Burial will follow at Eternal Rest Cemetery in Sinton, Texas.

Survivors include: 3 sons Paul (Sandy) Salone of Mathis, Texas, James (Ashley) Salone, Jr. and Dennis James Lott of Sinton; 3 daughters Cindy (Claude) Duhart and Janie (Henry) Galvez of Sinton, Texas, Debra Roy of Dallas, Texas; 3 brothers: E.R. Ray (Jenny) Salone and John Edwards Salone of Sinton, Texas, Roy Lee (Sherrie) Salone of San Antonio, Texas. 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is preceded in death by his parents and wives, Maggie Marie Lott, and Mozelle Johnson.
