Oralia M. Mata, 51, died January 23, 2012.
Oralia was born in Sinton, Texas on October 5, 1960 to Jose and Lorenza Lopez Martinez. She was a Nutritionist employed with Sinton Manor for more than 20 years.

Survivors include her husband Reynaldo Hernandez of Sinton, Texas, her mother Lorenza Martinez of Taft, Texas; sons: Carlos Mata of Taft, Texas, Enrique Mata of Corpus Christi, Texas and step-son Reynaldo Hernandez, Jr. of Woodsboro, Texas; daughters: Maricella Mata of Corpus Christi, Texas, San Juanita Gomez of Sinton, Texas, step-daughters Lisa Hernandez of Sinton, Texas and Rose Hernandez of Woodsboro, Texas; brothers: Paul (Gracie) Martinez of Corpus Christi, Texas, Joe (Margie) Martinez of Weslaco, Texas and Jason (Ida) Martinez of Taft, Texas; sisters: Mary (Juan) Perez and Sara (Ruben) Santellana both of Taft, Texas and Ludy (Eric) Wilmot of Robstown, Texas; and 22 grandchildren.
Preceding in death is her father Jose Martinez and former husband Carlos Mata, Sr.
Visitation began Thursday, January 26, 2012, 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton. A rosary was held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass was celebrated Friday, January 27, 2012, 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Sinton, with Father Shaji Varghese as celebrant. Burial followed at Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
