Sinton – Corina Espinoza passed away March 17, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas with her family at her side. She was 51.

Corina was born in Sinton, Texas on December 2, 1965 to Guadalupe and Lucia (Bargas) Ramon. Corina lived in Sinton most of her life. She was a Teacher’s Aide at Sinton Head Start. Corina was loved by her husband, her children, her family and the children she took care of. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband: Juan M. Espinoza; a daughter: Savanah Espinoza, both of Sinton, Texas; parents: Guadalupe (Dina) Ramon and Lucia Bargas, all of Odem, Texas; a brother: Randy Ramon of Odem, Texas; sisters: Mary Esther Ramon of Odem, Texas and Angela (Mark) Haynes of Louisiana; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin Monday, March 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton.  A holy rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, March 21, 2017, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church in Odem, Texas with Father Isaias Estepa as celebrant. Interment will follow in San Pedro Cemetery, Odem.
