Refugio – Jack W. Buck passed away September 13, 2017. He was 83.

Jack was born in DelaPaul, MN on June 17, 1934 to Kenneth and Margorie (Patience) Tourtilot. He was an entrepreneur and worked for the Minnesota Highway Department.

Jack is preceded in death by his son, Kory John Buck.
