Linda Ann Castro Swift

Aransas Pass – Linda Ann (Castro) Swift passed away February 20, 2018. She was 54.

Linda was born March 22, 1963 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Refugia (Garcia) and Rodolfo Moya Castro.  She was a lifelong resident of Aransas Pass, Texas. Linda was a homemaker. She loved to dance and was a fan of Bon Jovi and Ramon Ayala. Linda will be dearly missed by the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren she loved.

Linda is preceded in death by her father: Rodolfo Moya Castro; sister: Yolanda Castro Longoria; and brother: Daniel Castro.

Survivors include her mother: Refugia Garcia Castro of Aransas Pass, Texas; daughter: Tabitha Yardley (Marcus) of Aransas Pass, Texas; Vickie Yardley Torres (Jason) of Aransas Pass, Texas; sons: Michael Yardley (Tanya) of Aransas Pass, Texas; Andrew Yardley and Nicholas Swift (Cynthia), both of Portland, Texas; brothers: George Castro (Olga); Fidel Castro and Rudy Castro Jr., all of Aransas Pass, Texas; Kris Castro (Angela) of Florida; 15 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and many friends.

Visitation will begin Thursday, February 22, 2018, 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A holy rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. A Chapel Service will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses. Payments can be made directly to Resthaven Funeral Home in person at 606 S. San Patricio St. in Sinton, Texas or by telephone at 361-758-1100.
