Sinton – Michael Garcia passed away April 18, 2017. He was 52.

Michael was born in Sinton, Texas on May 8, 1964 to Santos and Maria Viola (Cantu) Garcia. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, Santos Garcia.

Survivors include his mother: Viola Garcia of Sinton, Texas; brother: Ernie Garcia of San Antonio, Texas; sister: Holly Brionez of Tavares, Florida; nieces: Hailey Grace Brionez and McKenzie Olivia Brionez of Tavares, Florida.

Visitation will begin Thursday, April 20, 2017, 5:00 PM, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A holy rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 21, 2017, 10:00 AM, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Sinton. Pallbearers will be Alfredo Rendon, Jr., Billy Rodriguez, Juan Robles and Rudy Garcia. Burial will be private.
