Wilma Ruth Lindeman passed away peacefully March 14, 2017 with her beloved family at her side. She was 93.

Wilma was born in Kenedy, Texas on October 17, 1923 to Thomas S. and Ruth (McMurray) Yeater. She was a resident of Sinton more than 67 years, and a former resident of Kenedy, Texas. Wilma was a former bank teller employed by Federal Reserve Bank in San Antonio, First State Bank in Taft and Commercial State Bank in Sinton.

Wilma is preceded in death by her husband: Gilbert Lindeman; her parents: Thomas and Ruth Yeater; brothers: J.T. Yeater, Roy Yeater and Bobby Yeater; and sisters: Lucille Smith and Ruby Mixon.

Survivors include her sons: Dennis Lindeman (Maggie) of Sinton, Texas; Randy Lindeman of New Braunfels, Texas and Scott Lindeman of Sinton, Texas; a daughter: Janice Kieschnick of Sinton, Texas; sisters: Nell Turnipseed of Kenedy, Texas and Joyce Sutton of Portland, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017, 6:00 PM, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. Visitation will follow, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held Friday, March 17, 2017, 9:00 AM, at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas.
