Loreto H. Moreno, known to many as Lore, passed away on March 20th, 2024. Loreto was born on December 10, 1942, in Taft, Texas to Jose S. Moreno and Higinia H. Moreno.   He was a lifetime resident of Taft and graduated from Taft High School in 1962.
