Amado F. Reyna

Sinton – Amado F. Reyna passed away peacefully on January 6, 2020. He was 66.

Amado was born on July 28, 1953 to Jesus Sr. and Petra (Fuentes) Reyna. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas. He was a carpenter by trade and former groundskeeper for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Sinton.

Preceding in death is his son: Joseph Eric Reyna; parents: Jesus Sr. and Petra Reyna; brothers: Rodolfo Perez; Guadalupe Reyna and Jesus Reyna, Jr.

Survivors include his son: Amado Reyna, Jr. of Cuero, Texas; daughters: Victoria Flores (Armando) of Sinton, Texas; Veronica Agee (Joe) of Corpus Christi, Texas; Danielle Reyna of Sinton, Texas and Mariah Reyna of Odem, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers: Raul Reyna (Gloria) of Seguin, Texas and Robert Reyna of McKinney, Texas; sisters: Herminia Martinez (Ray Deleon) of Sinton, Texas; Esperanza “Hope” Gonzales (Luis Sr.) of Sinton, Texas; Esmeralda Rios (Robert Sr.) of Concepcion, Texas; Ermalinda Flores (Ernest) of Sinton, Texas; Sylvia Gonzales (Roland) of Sinton, Texas and Yolanda Noriega (Joe) of Sinton, Texas.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2020, 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 9, 2020, 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Sinton with Father Glen Mullan as celebrant. Interment will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton, Texas.
