Cindy Capps

Rockport – Cindy Capps passed away on November 17, 2019. She was 64.

Cindy was born in Mesa, Arizona on July 11, 1955 to Charles and Barbara (Perkins) Miller. She and her husband, Danny, of 46 years lived in Rockport for 24 years and formerly resided in Ingleside. She was a homemaker.

Cindy was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceded in death are her parents: Charles Leon and Barbara Jewel (Perkins) Miller.

Survivors include her husband: Danny Ray Capps of Rockport, Texas; daughters: Michelle Turner (Doug) of Dayton, Texas; Shanna Hartman (Greg) of San Diego, CA; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-children; brothers: Tim Miller of Dallas, Texas and Mike Miller of Kansas; and sister: Becky Miller of Rockport, Texas.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 beginning at 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, Aransas Pass. Visitation will continue Friday, November 22, 2019, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 23, 2019, 1:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. Burial will follow in Aransas Memorial Park Cemetery, Rockport, Texas.
