Portland– Dathel L. Geiger passed away peacefully on September 11, 2019. She was 91.

Dathel was born on December 19, 1927 in Curve, Tennessee to Ella (Dew) and Paul Stokes. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a dedicated homemaker. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Proceeding her in death is her husband: Russ Geiger; parents; Ella and Paul Stokes.

Survivors include her daughter: Joye Snowdy of Portland, Texas; grandsons: Jason Bryan Snowdy of Portland, Texas and Brandon Scott Snowdy of Montgomery, Texas; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sister: Leoma S. Ray of Curve, Tennessee; niece: Jamie Davault of MO.
