Dennis E. Stimpson, 77 passed away on June 26, 2019 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born January 6, 1942 in Avon, South Dakota to Herbert and Elizabeth (Mudder) Stimpson. He grew up in Tyndall, South Dakota, where he graduated from Tyndall High School in 1960.
He married Connie Chladek on January 5, 1963 in Yankton, South Dakota. He enjoyed hunting in South Dakota and fishing on the Missouri River and deep-sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico out of Port Aransas, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jim Stimpson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife: Connie of Aransas Pass, Texas, two children: Michelle and Brian; four granddaughters; five great grandchildren; two brothers, Virgil (Ellen) Stimpson of San Diego, California and Ron (Karen) Stimpson of Renner, South Dakota; a sister: Jean Frazier of Yankton, South Dakota and his four-legged buddy Shizta.
Private family services were held.
