Corpus Christi - Esmeralda Angelina Aceves passed away April 3, 2017. She was 51.

Esmeralda was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on November 6, 1965. She worked as a provider for several years. Esmeralda was a resident of Corpus Christi, Texas for the past 11 years and formerly of Sinton, Texas.

Survivors include her daughters: Jenise Morin (Juan) of Corpus Christi, Texas; Sylvia Morin of Hilton Head, SC and Christy Morin of Sinton, Texas; 10 grandchildren; brothers: Henry Aceves of Pearland, Texas and Joey Aceves of Sinton, Texas; sisters: Mary Lou Cornejo of Anders, Texas; Maggie Aceves Gonzalez of Sinton, Texas and Margaret Aceves-Ybarra of Sinton, Texas.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A memorial service will follow, 6:00 PM, at the funeral home with Rev. Manuel Buentello officiating.
