Estefana Elizondo

Taft – Estefana Elizondo passed away peacefully on November 16, 2019. She was 81.

Estefana was born in Refugio, Texas on February 21, 1938 to Pablo and Aniceta Castillo. She was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Taft, Texas. Estefana was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother, great and great-great grandmother who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death is her husband; Rey Elizondo; son: Armando Silvas; and parents: Pablo and Aniceta Castillo.

Survivors include her daughter: Elva Bolanos (Lucio) of Houston, Texas; 9 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2019, 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, November 23, 2019, 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, Taft with Father John McKenzie as celebrant. Burial will follow in Lamas Memorial Park Cemetery, Taft.
