New Braunfels – Grace M. Reed passed away peacefully on May 23, 2019. She was 49.
Grace was born in Sinton, Texas on December 9, 1969 to Jose F. and Benita (Hernandez) Martinez. She was a resident of New Braunfels for 9 years and formerly Friendswood, New Orleans and Corpus Christi, Texas. She had worked as an Administrative Assistant. Grace was a beloved mother, daughter and cousin. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her son: Caleb Reed of San Antonio, Texas; mother: Benita Garza (Lonnie) of New Braunfels, Texas; father: Jose Martinez of Taft, Texas; aunt: Teresa Perez of Boerne, Texas; numerous cousins and extended family.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton, Texas. A rosary will follow the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
