Sinton – Inez E. DeLeon passed away August 3, 2017 with her beloved family by her side. She was 95 years old.

Inez was born in Gregory, Texas on October 23, 1921 to Alvino and Ramona (Garcia) Escobar. She was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas. Inez was a homemaker. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Preceding Inez in death is her husband: Brigido DeLeon; daughters: Eva D. Quintero and Patricia Molina; sons: Ricardo Escobar and Robert DeLeon; parents: Alvino and Ramona Escobar; sister: Dominga DeLeon.

Survivors include her daughters: Maria Elena Pesina of Robstown, Texas; Emma Garza of Robstown, Texas and Sara E. DeLeon of Sinton, Texas; sons: Noe DeLeon of Sinton, Texas and Roy (Linda) DeLeon of Cypress, Texas; 24 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren; and son-in-law: Adrian Quintero of Houston, Texas.

Visitation will begin Sunday, August 6, 2017, 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton. A holy rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, August 7, 2017, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Sinton. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
