Juan G. Vasquez

Sinton – Juan G. Vasquez passed away peacefully May 21, 2018 with his loving family at his side. He was 68.

Juan was born March 1, 1950 in Edroy, Texas to Jose and Cruz (Garcia) Vasquez. He lived in Sinton most of his life. Juan was a veteran of the Korean War and served his country in the US Army. He was a retired truck driver employed by Walmart. Juan was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Juan is preceded in death by his parents: Jose and Cruz Vasquez; a sister: Elena Vasquez; a brother: Jose Vasquez, Jr.; and father-in-law: Crecencio Ramirez, Sr.

Survivors include his wife: Patsy Vasquez from Sinton, Texas; sons: Larry Constante from Houston, Texas and Moses Constante from Sinton, Texas; daughters: Julie Rodriguez (Rene) from Robstown, Texas and Marti Constante from Corpus Christi, Texas; grandchildren: Rene Rodriguez, Jr., Ryan Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez, Logan Constante, Rylan Constante, Robert Roy de Alejandro, Adam Garcia and Evan Moses Constante; brother: Avelino Vasquez from Mathis, Texas; sister: Elodia Vasquez from San Antonio, Texas; and mother-in-law: Juanita Ramirez from St. Paul, Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A prayer service will follow that evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Burial is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas. The time of interment will be announced.
