Lake City – On December 9, 2017 at age 55, Keith Allen Jones was greeted at Heaven’s Gate by his beloved family: sister:  Sandra Wise; niece:  Elisha Wise; father:  James Edward Jones; paternal grandparents: Clyde and Eleanore Jones; maternal grandparents: Hugh and Mattie Uhls and a host of other relatives and friends.

Among those left behind are his adoring Mother:  DeShea Villoch; amazing step-father: Julio Villoch; nephew and best bud:  Jason Wise; step-brothers:  John Villoch and Paul King (Felicia); and step-sisters:  Ellia Wilson (Errol) and Tina Burt (Keith).                            

Born in Beechgrove, Indiana on May 12, 1962 and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, Keith never met a stranger. He spread happiness and joy to all with whom he made contact.  He was a special guy whose heart was filled with love and compassion for others.

Keith loved and lived life to the fullest.  He was an avid bowler with Gary’s Raiders and participated in Special Olympics. His interests were wide-ranging, but his favorite past-time was listening and dancing to Tejano music.

Keith’s love of life and sense of humor never waned throughout his three year struggle with aortic stenosis.  His bright sparkling eyes, beautiful smile and contagious laughter are a forever cherished memory for his family and all who knew him.

A memorial service will be Saturday, February 3, 2018, 1:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gary’s Raiders Special Olympics.
