Fulton – Leon “Chuck” DeMoss, passed away September 21, 2017 after many years of fighting melanoma cancer.  He was 61.

Chuck grew up in Earlville, Iowa. He married the love of his life, Jane, and moved to Everett, Washington.  Upon retiring at age 55, Chuck moved to Fulton, Texas.  He worked all his life as an Auto Body Repairman.  Chuck loved to fish and hunt and had started to learn to play golf. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Chuck is preceded in death by his father Kenneth, with whom he is fishing with now.

Survivors include his wife Jane, of 38 years of marriage; his sons: Corey (Stefani) DeMoss of Dyersville, Iowa; Kenneth A. DeMoss of Everett, Washington; Casey (Lindah) Kremer of Everett, Washington; grandchildren:  Emma and Dylan DeMoss; mother: Viola DeMoss of Earlville, Iowa; brothers: Lon DeMoss (Jean) of Independence, Iowa; L. David DeMoss (Sandy) of Manchester, Iowa; sisters: Linda Ramler (Jim) of Davenport, Iowa; Lana Sorrells (Bill) of Savannah, Georgia; and Lila DeMoss of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas. Chuck leaves behind many friends and family that will miss his humor and wit.
