Maria Gloria Ybarra

Aransas Pass- Maria Gloria Ybarra passed away peacefully on June 10, 2019. She was 81.

Gloria was born on September 11, 1937 in Aransas Pass, Texas to Antonia (Rodriguez) and Vicente Longoria. She was a long-time resident of Aransas Pass. Gloria was a caregiver. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death are her husband: Beto Ybarra; daughter: San Juana Ybarra; her parents: Antonia and Vicente Longoria; brothers: Vicente, Marion and  Steve Longoria; and a sister: Ilda McLeod.

Survivors include her sons: Augustine Ybarra of Dallas, Texas; Bobby Ybarra Jr. (Irene) of Ingleside, Texas; Christopher Ybarra of San Antonio, Texas; Richard Ybarra Martinez of Austin, Texas; daughters: Sherrie Elaine Cullom (David) of  Cypress, Texas; Martina Ybarra Rios of Aransas Pass, Texas; Dolores Yvonne Ybarra Mathews of Houston, Texas; Toni Jolene Ybarra Webber of Houston, Texas; sister: Yolanda Wallace of Rockport, Texas; 14 Grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, June 12, 2019, 7:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 13, 2019, 10:00 AM at the funeral home with Gene Hale officiating.

Burial will follow in Prairie View Cemetery, Aransas Pass.
