Neal was born in Oakland, California on May 19, 1945 to Fred and Opal (Smith) Curry. He was a 45 year resident of Sinton, Texas where he retired after 27 years as a lineman and warehouse man with San Patricio Electric Cooperative.
Neal is preceded in death by his brother, Murry Curry.
Survivors include sons: Justin Curry and Joel Curry, both of Sinton, Texas; twin brother: Fred Curry of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren; an aunt: Janet Thomas of Odem, Texas; and an uncle: Harold Thomas of Odem, Texas.
