Sinton – Noe S. Munguia passed away peacefully on June 17, 2019 with family at his side. He was 77.

Noe was born in Yorktown, Texas on February 28, 1942 to Juan Villarreal and Serafina (Saldana) Munguia. He was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas where he retired from Tennessee Pipeline.

Preceding in death is his parents: Juan and Carmen Munguia; mother: Serafina Munguia.

Survivors include his wife: Irma (Gutierrez) Munguia of Sinton, Texas; sons: Noe Munguia, Jr. (Lupita) of Laredo, Texas; Freddy Munguia (Beatrice) of Sinton, Texas; Richard Munguia of Sinton, Texas; Henry Santellan of San Antonio, Texas; Jimmy Santellan and Vicente Sarate (Heather) of St. Paul, Texas; daughters: Ester Padilla of Sinton, Texas; Melissa Gonzales of Sinton, Texas; Terry Munguia of San Antonio, Texas; Diana Lee Sarate of Beeville, Texas; Jessica Sarate of San Antonio, Texas; Victoria Sarate of Sinton, Texas and Katie Hubbard (Mark) of Beeville, Texas; 46 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great-grandchildren; brothers: Macho Munguia (Janie) of Sinton, Texas and Juan Munguia of Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters: Gloria Morales (Paul) of Pearsall, Texas; Janie Espinoza of Pearsall, Texas; Rosalinda Villarreal of Orange Grove, Texas and Juanita Garcia (Alfredo) of Orange Grove, Texas; mother-in-law: Apolionia Gutierrez of Mathis, Texas; mother of his children: Manuela Munguia of Sinton, Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 20, 2019, 12:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A rosary will be held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Chapel services will be held Friday, June 21, 2019, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Antonio Botello; Willie Gonzales; Freddy Munguia Jr.; Noe Alex Munguia; Richard Munguia and Vicente Sarate.
