Sinton – Oralia M. Castillo passed away May 31, 2017. She was 79. Oralia was born on February 13, 1938 in Sinton, Texas to Dionicio and Juanita (Rosales) Martinez. She was a lifelong resident of Sinton where she was a loving wife and mother to her husband and children.

Oralia is preceded in death by her parent: Dionicio Martinez; daughter: Gracie Castillo: brothers: Alonzo Martinez and Gonzalo Martinez; and great-grandson: Jordan Anthony Gonzales.

Survivors include her husband Felipe A. Castillo, Jr.; mother: Juanita Rosales Martinez; sons: Eloy Martinez and Steve Martinez all of Sinton, Texas; Felipe Castillo, III. of Corpus Christi, Texas; Pete Gonzales (Tayna) of Taft, Texas; daughters: Sabina Richter (Randy) of Sinton, Texas; Lupe Rios (John) of Corpus Christi, Texas; Olivia Lira (Danny) of Portland, Texas; brothers: Nestor Martinez of Rock Island, Ill; Lyonso Martinez (Elvia) of Corpus Christi, Texas; Ociel Martinez (Eustolia) of Sinton, Texas; Sister: Esther Garza of Sinton, Texas; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Friday, June 2, 2017, 1:00 PM, at Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton. A rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 3, 2017, 10:00 AM, at Sacred Heart Church, Sinton. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton. Pallbearers will be Randal Richter; Bryan Richter; Oscar Martinez; Rene Garza; Pete Anthony Gonzales and Brandon Garcia.
