Ingleside – Rhonda Leigh Fabacher (Fleming); wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed from this world on October 25, 2017 in Ingleside, Texas.  She was 56.

Rhonda was born on March 23, 1961 in Lake Jackson, Texas to Pat Fleming and Hazel (Johnson) Fleming.  She worked as a manager of Allison Square.  Rhonda loved her family beyond words, appreciated all of nature’s beauty, and her jovial nature will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. 

A graduate of Brazoswood High School in Lake Jackson, Texas, Rhonda excelled in varsity volleyball.  In girls’ softball she was a formidable opponent as pitcher for the Roadrunners.  Campfires on the beach, watching her boys play football and playing with her grandchildren are ways we will remember her beautiful smile and easy laughter.

She loved the color purple, flowers, and above all, the sound of the surf.  Having lived all her life in Texas, Rhonda saw no reason to leave.  She could see beauty in everything and was happiest in her garden or at the beach.  Heaven will be a happier place with Rhonda there.

Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents.  Survivors include her husband of twenty-eight years, Terry Fabacher of Ingleside, Texas; sons:  Justin Kleine of Ingleside, Texas; Cody Fabacher (Miranda) of Ingleside, Texas; Dale Fabacher of Corpus Christi, Texas and Raymond Fabacher of West Columbia, Texas; daughters:  Kasey Kleine of Ingleside, Texas; Sarah Fabacher of Corpus Christi, Texas and Margaret Fabacher of West Columbia, Texas; sisters:  Jeanne Pippin (Bill) of Comfort, Texas; Pat Harris of Springfield, Illinois; Sandy Miller (Lee) of Brookshire, Texas and Terry Rimato of Lake Jackson, Texas.  Rhonda is also survived by 12 grandchildren.

Funeral Services will begin Saturday, November 4, 2017, 10:00 AM at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 2100 Buddy Ganem Dr. in Portland, Texas. 

Interment will be private.
