Shirley Jeanette Coulter

Sinton – Shirley Jeanette Coulter passed away June 13, 2018 at her residence with her loving family at her side. She was 82.

Shirley was born October 23, 1935 to Tina (Sanders) and Frank Jones in Woodsboro, Texas. She was a resident of Sinton since 1999 and former resident of Austin, Texas. Shirley retired from The City of Austin where she worked in Communications. She later worked for Seton Hospital with the Daughters of Charity. Shirley made the adjustment from the city (Austin) to the quiet, small and easy-going town of Sinton. She was not only a beloved Mother and Grandmother, but Best Friend. There will never be another Mom like her.

Shirley is preceded in death by 2 grandchildren: Jake Lewis Coulter and Jessica Marie Coulter; her parents: Frank and Tina Jones; and a son-in-law: Tommy Wuest.

Survivors include a daughter: Desiree Wuest of Sinton, Texas; sons: Bobby Coulter (Sandy) of Splendora, Texas and Charles Coulter of Georgetown, Texas; grandchildren: Edward Thomas (Ashlee) Wuest; Eric Jake Wuest; James Frank Coulter (Greer) of Houston, Texas; Shannon Marie Giese (Lance) of Yoakum, Texas; and Owen Dee Coulter (Leanna) of New Braunfels, Texas; great-grandchildren: Landon Thomas Wuest; Preston Coulter; Peyton Coulter; Kai Giese; Kade Giese; Jacob Coulter and Addalyn Coulter.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 15, 2018, 2:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home in Sinton, Texas.

Private burial services will be private.
