Bayside– Shirley Ann Dickey passed away peacefully on January 13, 2020. She was 50.

Shirley was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 19, 1969 to Alan Harvey and Linda Louise (Nichols) Frautschi. She spent 22 years in Bayside, Texas and was a former resident of Rockport, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death are her grandparents.

Survivors include her husband: David Dickey of Bayside, Texas; son: Daniel Leon Dickey of Rockport, Texas; daughters: Laura Lynn Bush of Corpus Christi, Texas; Amanda Rae Dickey of San Antonio, Texas and Alisha Denise Dickey of Dallas, Texas; sisters: Sheila Louise Manuel; Tammy Lynn Perkins; April Dawn Frautschi; Abigayle Rae Frautschi; Nicole Dawn Ruby; parents: Alan and Linda (Baker) Frautschi; 13 grandchildren.
