Susana L. Hernandez

Port Lavaca – Susana L. Hernandez passed away peacefully November 16, 2018 at her residence with her loving family at her side. She was 62.

Susana was born on March 25, 1956 in Taft, Texas to Elvira (Espinoza) and Ramon Lopez. She was a resident of Port Lavaca since 1977 and former resident of Corpus Christi. Susana was a loving wife, mother and sister who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceeding in death are her parents, Ramon and Elvira Lopez and brothers, Rudy, Chencho and Angel.

Survivors include her husband: Paul T. Hernandez of Port Lavaca, Texas; a son: Timothy D. Hernandez of Dallas, Texas; sisters: Nieves, Jacinta, Beatriz, Agapita, Janie, Berta, Alicia and Eloisa; and brothers: Pedro, Israel and Ramon.

Visitation will begin Monday, November 19, 2018, 4:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A prayer service will be held the same evening, 6:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, November 20, 2018, 10:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton with Pastor Freddie Naranjo officiating. Burial will follow in Taft Memorial Park Cemetery, Taft.
