William "Wild Bill" Numbers Obituary
Corpus Christi – William “Wild Bill” Numbers passed away peacefully on September 11, 2019. He was 82.
Bill was born January 15, 1937 in Wooster, Ohio to Elmer and Mary Numbers. He was a resident of Corpus Christi since 1968.
Bill was a veteran of the US Navy. He retired after 22 years of dedicated service. Bill later retired as a Security Officer.
Preceding in death is his wife, Jane Mae Numbers; a brother: Nevin Numbers; and his parents.
Survivors include two sons: David Numbers (Jill) of Coldwater, Michigan and Daniel Numbers (Tammy) of Rockport, Texas; two daughters: Laura Henry (Sean) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Melody Suzanne Burkett (Todd) of Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; two brothers: Ralph David Numbers and Martin Numbers; and a sister: Eula Hanson.
A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019, 1:00 PM at Seaside Memorial Park and Cemetery in Corpus Christi, Texas.
