Adam Thomas-Theodore Fry Obituary

Ingleside – Adam Thomas-Theodore Fry passed away on June 25, 2026, at the age of 31.

Born on April 2, 1995, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Melissa (Conway) and Bryan Fry, Adam lived life with a vibrant spirit and an open heart. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy as an Information Technology specialist, dedicating himself to something greater than himself with honor and pride.

Adam had a personality that could light up any room. He was the kind of person who made people laugh effortlessly, welcomed everyone without judgment, and had an incredible way of making those around him feel like family. His smile was contagious, his sense of humor unforgettable, and his heart was one of genuine kindness. To know Adam was to know someone who loved deeply, gave freely, and never hesitated to be there for the people he cared about.

He had a passion for video games, where he could escape into new worlds and connect with friends, but nothing compared to the excitement he found at music festivals. Surrounded by good music, good people, and unforgettable moments, Adam was truly in his element. He embraced life with enthusiasm and believed every day was another opportunity to make memories worth holding onto.

As intelligent as he was compassionate, Adam had a naturally curious mind and an incredible ability to solve problems. But what people will remember most wasn't just how smart he was—it was how deeply he loved. Family was the center of his world, and the moments he shared with them were the ones he cherished most. Whether it was a simple conversation, a family gathering, or just spending time together, those moments meant everything to him.

Although his journey ended far too soon, the love Adam shared, the laughter he brought, and the countless lives he touched will continue to live on. His absence leaves an immeasurable void, but his memory will forever remain a source of comfort, strength, and love to those fortunate enough to have known him.

Adam was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Conway; his paternal grandfather, Stanley Fry; his aunt, Amy Fry; and his beloved cat, Miko Fry, who was a faithful companion and brought him endless comfort.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Bryan Fry (Cathy) of California; his mother, Melissa Gabbert of Rockport, Texas; his brothers, James Cook and Jared Despain, both of Rockport, Texas; his sisters, Natalie Fry of Rockport, Texas, Kassidy Cook of Aransas Pass, Texas, Elizabeth Fry of California,Kimberly Glover of Montana and Sharon Murphy of Massachusetts; along with numerous nieces, nephews;his maternal grandmother, Barbara Conway of Colorado; and paternal grandmother: Alana Anderson of Illinois; extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were made brighter simply by knowing him.

Though he is no longer with us, Adam's laughter will echo in cherished memories, his love will remain in the hearts of those who knew him, and his spirit will never be forgotten.
