Sinton – Alicia Lara Davis passed away March 3, 2025. She was 81.
Alicia was born August 5, 1943 in Sinton, Texas to Luisa (Villanueva) and Jesus Lara. She was a homemaker and lifelong resident of Sinton. Alicia was a dedicated Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Preceding in death are her husband: Alfonso Gonzales; a son: Fred Naranjo; daughter: Alvina Rios; and parents: Jesus and Luisa Lara.
Survivors include her son: Roger Gonzales (Ana) from Sinton, Texas; 7 grandchildren; brother: Robert Lara from Sinton, Texas; sisters: Susie Gonzales from Dallas, Texas and Mary Lou Perez (Joe) from Farmersville, Texas; and many extended family members.
Visitation will begin Thursday, March 6, 2025, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel in Sinton. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Service will be Friday, March 7, 2025, 10:00 AM at the funeral home with burial following in John J. Welder Cemetery, St. Paul.
