Alma Martinez

Odem – Alma Martinez passed away on February 16, 2021. She was 64.

Alma was born on June 25, 1956 in Robstown, Texas to Cipriano and Josefa (Salinas) Esparza. She was a resident of Odem, Texas for 20 years and formerly resided in Corpus Christi, Texas. Alma was a retired Health Care Provider. She was a beloved wife, grandmother, mother, daughter, sister and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father: Cipriano Esparza.

Survivors include her husband: Agustin Martinez of Odem, Texas; sons: Augustine Martinez of Robstown, Texas, Richard Martinez of Odem, Texas and Jake Martinez (Victoria) of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandchildren: Augustine Nathaniel Martinez, Sierra Martinez, Crystal Martinez and Lauren Grace Martinez; mother: Josefa Esparza of Robstown, Texas; brothers: Pete Maldonado, Mario Maldonado of Alice, Texas, Jay Esparza of Las Vegas, Nevada, Roland Esparza and Ismael Esparza both of Robstown, Texas; sister: Delia Esparza Allen (Terry) of Houston, Texas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021, 5:00 PM-9:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be held Friday, February 26, 2021, 10:00 AM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery, Robstown.
