Anita Ramos Gonzalez

Sinton – Anita Ramos Gonzalez, 87, went to be with the Lord on August 4, 2024 surrounded by her family at her bedside.

Anita was born September 23, 1936 in Karnes City, Texas to David and Concepcion Morin. She was a lifelong resident of Sinton, Texas. Anita was a home health provider for many years. She had a green thumb and loved her roses and garden.

Preceding in death are her parents: David and Concepcion Morin; former spouse: Francisco Ramos; a son: David Ramos; 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

Anita is survived by her 3 daughters: Linda Sue Ramos from Sinton, Texas; Patricia Sanchez from Schertz, Texas and Diana Valderrama (Richard) from Beeville, Texas; a sister: Rita Garcia from Refugio, Texas; her spouse: Antonio Gonzalez; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and daughter-in-law: Joann Ramos.

Visitation will begin Thursday, August 8, 2024, 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will held the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 9, 2024, 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Sinton. Burial will follow in Eternal Rest Cemetery, Sinton.
