Aransas Pass– Arnoldo Davila Jr. passed away peacefully on February 2, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was 56 years old.
Arnoldo was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on March 16, 1963 to Arnoldo Davila Sr. and Oralia Cruz. He is a lifelong resident of Aransas Pass, TX. Arnoldo was the best part of so many people lives an absolute wonderful human being. He will be missed forever. He was thoughtful and caring everyday of his life and left his family with that everlasting love. He gave out flawlessly! Arnoldo received his Associate’s Degree. He was an avid Shrimper, Paralegal, Mechanic, Plumber, Artist and Electrician. He donated faithfully to the Children’s Organization. A very special thank you to Frankie Garcia and Michael Edwards for being loyal friends. Man’s best friend (Chuy) his dog that he loved so much.
Preceding in death by his father Arnoldo Davila Sr. and sister Sara Cruz.
Survivors include his Daughters: Sherry Lynn Rodriguez (Tim), Stephanie Castro, Son: Arnoldo Davila III, Mother: Oralia Cruz, Sisters: MaryJane Davila (Dan), Belinda Davila Garcia (Frankie), Micaela Davila (Adelino), Elizabeth Morgan (Charles), Antoinette Cruz (Fidel), Brother: Jessie Davila (Debbie), George Davila (Cynthia), Alvaro Gilbert Medina, Aaron Cruz. Grandchildren’s: Bobby and Brandon Rodriguez, Justus Castro
Pallbearers: Belinda Davila, Micaela Davila, Sherry Davila, Antoinette Cruz, Milagro Robles, Alexis Bernal, Stephanie and Joselyn Edwards.
Services will be on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 3:00 pm for visitation and Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening 7:00 pm at the Resthaven Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 3:00 pm Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church. Burial will follow at San Antonio Cemetery.
