West Sinton – Barry Lea Burr passed away on September 22, 2020. He was 83.

Barry was born on August 16, 1937 in Weslaco, Texas to Gary and Hazel (Hall) Burr. Barry was a resident of Sinton, Texas since the late 1970’s and a former resident of Corpus Christi. He worked as a mechanic and machinist. Barry was a United States Army Veteran. Barry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his former spouse and mother of his children: Judy Burr; parents: Gary and Hazel Burr.

Survivors include his wife: Margorie Burr of Sinton, Texas; a son: Barry L. Burr, Jr. (Katia) of College Station, Texas; a daughter: Laura Henkhaus (Allan) of Beeville, Texas; grandchildren: Catherine Burr and Brian Burr.

Services will be private.
