Gregory– Belinda Jaramillo Rodriguez passed away on January 15, 2026. She was 63.

Belinda was born on July 22, 1962, in Sinton, Texas to Olga (Arredondo) and Antonio Jaramillo. She was a woman of strong faith and a devoted church member who lived her life guided by love, service and devotion to her family.

Belinda’s greatest joy was her family. She showed her love through cooking, whether it was barbecuing outside or preparing meals in the kitchen—the heart of her home. Food was her language of love, and through it she brought everyone together, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

A loving mother, proud grandmother, and dear friend, Belinda had a kind heart and a nurturing spirit. She will be remembered for her warmth, her generosity, and the way she made everyone feel welcome. Her presence was comforting and her love was unconditional. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Olga Jaramillo, and her brother, Antonio Jaramillo III.

She leaves behind her husband, Marcos Rodriguez; beloved daughters, Alveisa Castillo (Juan) from Gregory, Texas; Maria Vargas (Jesus) and Janie Rodriguez (Richard), both from Corpus Christi, Texas. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to six grandchildren: Chloe Castillo from Gregory, Texas; and Jesus Vargas, Jr., Maria Vargas, Skyla Vargas, Ava Benavides and Aaron Benavides, all from Corpus Christi, Texas.
