Fulton – Carleen Elaine Brooks passed away September 19, 2022. She was 62. Carleen was born on October 20, 1959 in Houston, Texas to Frank Warren and Ruth Hudson. She was a resident of Fulton Texas. Carleen formally worked as a Secretary. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband: Robert Gary Brooks from Fulton, Texas; son: Robert Brooks from Rockport, Texas; brother: Allen McConnell (Angela) of Portland, Texas; grandchildren: Skylette Brooks and Airlia Brooks.
