Carlos Lamas, Jr.

Ingleside – Carlos Lamas, Jr, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on March 23, 2020.  He was 65.

Carlos was born on July 16, 1954 in Ingleside, Texas to Carlos and Celia (Tello) Lamas, Sr.  He is preceded in death by a brother, Luis Lamas and a grandson, Noah Ortlieb.

Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years, Pat A. Lamas of Ingleside, Texas; three daughters, Juanita and Jennifer Lamas both of Ingleside, Texas and Jessica Sepulveda (Carlos) of Houston, Texas; his parents: Carlos and Celia Lamas Sr. of Ingleside, Texas; six brothers: Fred, Rey (Mari), Chris (Cindi) Lamas,  all of Ingleside, Texas; David Lamas (Luwanah) of Belton, Texas, Abel T. Lamas (Ester) of Houston, Texas and Ruben Lamas of Todos Santos, Mexico; four sisters: Janie Marroquin (Armando) of Rockport, Texas, Fina Lamas, Amelia L. Segovia (Domingo) and Christina L. Herrera (Art) all of Ingleside, Texas; and six grandchildren.

Due to the restrictions placed on public gatherings, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
