Carlos was born on August 31, 1960 in San Antonio, Texas to Elenora Rodriguez. He was a lifelong resident of San Antonio. Carlos worked in the hotel industry before retiring. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Preceding in death is his mother: Elenora Rodriguez.

Survivors include his brothers: Roddy Ramirez and Randy Ramirez; sister: Maria Reyes; numerous nieces and nephews.
