Carlos was born on August 13, 1934 in Los Herrera, Mexico, to Ofelia (Sanchez) and Generoso Salinas.
Preceding in death are his parents: Generoso and Ofelia Salinas.
Survivors include sons: Carlos Salinas (Cammy) from Dallas, Texas and Marco Salinas (Lisa) from Wills Point, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 4 great- grandchildren; brother: Hitolito Salinas from Mexico; sister: Maria Ofelia Aviles (Carlos) from Mexico.
Visitation will begin Thursday, May 16, 2024, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin 12:30 PM. The Graveside Service will follow, 1:00 PM in San Ignacio Cemetery, Ingleside, Texas.
