Portland – Carolyn Ann Morris passed away April 4, 2025. She was 86.

Carolyn was born May 19, 1938 in Indiana to Sarah and John Pearson. She married Vince Morris and currently lived in Portland since 2020. Carolyn lived previously in Rockport for 12 years, Indiana and Ohio. She spent her free time enjoying water aerobics. She loved music, line dancing and casinos. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister-in-law and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death are her parents: John and Sarah Pearson and five siblings.

Survivors include her loving husband: Vince Morris from Portland, Texas; sons: Gregory Morris (Vickie) from Castle Rock, Colorado and Jeff Morris (Cindi) from Portland, Texas; grandchildren: Jeremy Morris, Jerrod Morris (Taylor), Kurt Morris, and Eric Morris; great-grandchild: Connor Vincent Morris; brother: Bill Pearson from Marion, Indiana; and sister-in-law: Claredene Crumbly from Indianapolis.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 11, 2025, 10:00 AM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, 109 W. Windsor Street in Montpelier, Indiana. A Graveside Service will follow in the Brookside Cemetery in Montpelier.
