Castulo Guerrero

Taft - Castulo Guerrero passed away peacefully on February 28, 2019 with his loving family at his side. He was 87.

Castulo was born March 22, 1931 in Seguin, Texas to Guadalupe (Esparza) and Alberto Guerrero. H was a resident of Taft almost 60 years, and lived his early life in Seguin. He was a retired Insulator employed by Rockport Ship Yacht.

Preceding in death are his parents: Alberto and Guadalupe Guerrero; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife: Lupe Garcia of Taft, Texas; son: Albert Castulo Guerrero of Portland, Texas; daughter: Betty G. Ramirez (Mario A.) of Portland, Texas; 4 grandchildren: Albert Castulo Guerrero, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas; Alex Christopher Guerrero, Michael Anthony Ramirez (Amanda) and Mark Andrew Ramirez (Deva), all of Portland, Texas; 3 great-grandchildren: Bella Rose Ramirez of Corpus Christi, Texas; Iris Hope Ramirez and Khaleesi Renee Ramirez, both of Portland, Texas; and numerous extended family members.

Visitation will be held March 3, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Church in Taft, Texas. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM, at the church. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 4, 2019, 10:00 AM at the church. Interment will follow in Taft Memorial Park Cemetery, Taft.

Pallbearers will be: Albert C. Guerrero, Jr., Alex C. Guerrero, Michael A. Ramirez, Mark A. Ramirez, Albert Gonzales, Rene Gonzales and Michael Gonzales.
