Mathis – Catha Lee Heinz passed away October24, 2021. She was 71.
Catha was born September 6, 1950 in Hillsboro, Texas to Lewis and Mildred Dayton. She was a resident of Rockport, Texas for the past 10 years and formerly resided in Hillsboro, Texas and Galveston, Texas. Catha worked as a taxidermist and an artist. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by: her parents: Lewis and Mildred Dayton.
Survivors include her husband: Mark Heinz from Mathis, Texas; sons: Paul Fourquerean from Taft, Texas, Ted Fourquerean from California, Travis Bright from Ventura, California and Trevor Bright from California; daughter: Michelle Putnam from Taft, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother: Nick Dayton from Chicago.
