Ingleside – Christie Mae Caraker passed away on January 29, 2023. She was 41. Christie was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on April 19, 1981 to Susan (Hubbard) and Charlie Caraker. She was a lifelong resident of Ingleside. Christie worked for Stripes/7-11 as an Assistant Manager for 6 years. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

Preceding in death by her grandmother: Diane Evans; uncle: Bobby Villarreal.

Survivors include her 2 sons: Bradley Lee Caraker and Wesley Brewster Caraker both from Ingleside; daughter: Sierra Nicole Bell from Ingleside; parents: Susan and Charlie Caraker from Ingleside; 2 brothers: Larry Caraker (Sonja) from Woodsboro and Steven Caraker (Kayla) from Port Mansfield; 2 sisters: Bridget Burns (Alex Padilla) and Charlene Caraker (James Emig) both from Ingleside; grandparents: Larry Evans and Winston B. Caraker, II; aunts and uncles: Helen Caraker, Joanne Mcrae (Gary), Winston Caraker III, William Caraker (Tiffany) and Christopher Benitez (Linda); numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
