Aransas Pass – Cohen David Mata, infant son of Brittany Bralley and Michael Mata, passed away May 3, 2023.
Cohen David Mata was born on May 3, 2023 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He will be missed by all.
Survivors include his parents: Brittany Bralley and Michael Mata; brother: Ryland Mata; sisters: Collins Mata, Rivers Mata and Scout Mata.
We never saw your smile, or the color of your eyes. We never heard your laughter, and we never heard your cries. You never felt our kisses upon your cheek and nose. Or tickles underneath your chin and on you little toes. You didn’t hear “We Love You”, and you didn’t see us weep, for your spirit left your body, and you were born asleep. But there will come a time when, in death our eyes close, too. And we know that when they open, we will awaken there with you. God carries you in his arms. We carry you in our hearts.
We will be with you one day, Cohen David Mata.
