Obituary
Portland – On May 5, 2023 Danny Lynn Packebush II, our beloved “Packy” left this veil of tears for his Eternal Home. Packy was born in Benton, Arkansas on March 30, 1966, the oldest son of Danny and Anne Packebush. He graduated from Gregory-Portland High School in 1984. Packy loved being outdoors, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed cooking and flourished as a construction superintendent for many years.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Hermann “Nubby” and Lena Packebush from Stuttgart, Arkansas; and grandparents: Clyde and Charlotte Fleming from Benton, Arkansas.
Packy is survived by his loving parents: Danny and Anne Packebush from Portland, Texas; a younger brother: Paul (Sherrill) Packebush and their son, Conner from Austin, Texas; his uncle: Robert (Rita) Fleming and cousin, Melodye (Bobby) Van Cleave, all from Benton, Arkansas.
A memorial service is planned for Wednesday, May 24, 2023, 2 PM at Trinity Our Savior Lutheran Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.
A private burial will be at a later date in Lee Cemetery in Benton, Arkansas.
