Delores “Dee” Huffman, age 69, went to be with our lord and savior on April 16th, 2025.

Delores was born in San Angelo, Tx on January 1st, 1956, to James and Bessie Cooper. She always had the sweetest smile. She loved sewing, her animals, pelicans, the ocean, and her family. She enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, gardening, and feeding the birds at the beach.

She is survived by her husband and love of her life, Jack Huffman of Aransas Pass, Tx. Children: Christie Mayfield and husband Mike of Georgetown, Tx; Benjamin Glass of Indiana; Scott Osburn and wife Caitlin of Odessa, Tx; Stephanie Pope and husband Randy of Denver City, Tx. Stepsons: Jeremy Huffman and wife Roby of Aransas Pass, Tx; Tony Halterman and wife Melissa of Wink, Tx; Garron Halterman and wife Carol of Mabank, Tx. Five siblings: Roy Cooper and wife Patty of Harper, Tx; Vickie Glover of Aransas Pass, Tx; Linda Hanlon and husband Michael of Pagosa Springs, Co; Syble Dianne Robison of San Angelo, Tx; Lisa Knight and husband Bill of San Angelo, Tx. Twenty-one grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father James Cooper, mother Bessie Cooper-Clark, and grandson Wade Halterman.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass, Texas. A Memorial Service will follow, 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
