Donica Marie Lybarger

Rockport – Donica Marie Lybarger passed away April 12, 2022. She was 56 years old. Donica was born on August 14, 1965 in Kearney, Nebraska to Kenneth and Patricia Marie (Boswell) Goodman. She was a resident of Rockport, Texas and the surrounding areas for 35 years. Donica worked as a teacher’s aide at Little Bay Primary for 15 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Kenneth and Patricia Goodman; brother: Joseph Goodman.

She is survived by her loving husband: John Erwin Lybarger from Rockport, Texas; son: John Erwin Lybarger, Jr. (Danielle) from Plano, Texas; daughter: Jessica Marie Lybarger (Alan Ramos) from Rockport, Texas; 2 grandchildren: Carter August Lybarger and Claire Elisabeth Lybarger; numerous other family members.

Visitation will begin Monday, April 18, 2022, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Aransas Pass. A funeral service will be held the same day, Monday, April 18, 2022, 12:00 PM. Internment will follow in Rockport Cemetery, Rockport.
